These Developers typically intend to build one or more single-family homes on the land. The homes are typically designed by an architect according to the Developer's specific specifications including style, size and construction cost budget. The homes produced are of high quality and finely detailed. Once the homes are constructed, the Developer’s team offers them for purchase.
A Developer may seek assistance to complete various aspects of a project including project planning, regulatory permitting and management of the actual construction. The construction support may be for one home or many homes in a development project.
