The Company's design specialty is traditional New England style architecture expressed in the popular architecture concept of the New Old Home. A New Old Home will look, like it was built 200 years ago, but it will be of new construction and incorporate today’s convenient living amenities. The Company is increasingly celebrated for the artful combination of 18th or 19th century traditional New England architecture, Green Building, and innovative efficiency-based building techniques.
The Company's projects are located throughout Central and Eastern MA and Boston Metro-west.
The main office is located in the Central Massachusetts Town of Grafton in the 1860's Old Town House which is next to the historic Grafton Common. A second office is located in Westford, MA
Eric Gilmore is the Company's founder and President. He has considerable experience in new home building and remodeling. Since 1995, he has managed the custom design and construction of more than 200 hundred residential single-family design and building projects that had a cost ranging from $50,000 to nearly $2 million. His education includes an undergraduate degree from Syracuse University in Syracuse N.Y. and a Master of Science degree in Construction Project Management from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, Massachusetts. Additionally, he is a licensed Construction Supervisor in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
The Company has grown to a staff of seven (7) women and men. Their duties include administration, accounting, project management and field construction supervision.

It is a commitment to client service that flows from his work history in residential and commercial construction observing what worked for clients and what did not. He believes and has learned that putting the client first requires constant development of communication and dedication to making the building process client friendly - pleasant and satisfying.

Over its 15 years in business, our staff has developed a sophisticated cost control process that combines dedicated staff and computer-based accounting / project management software. Our client's will tell you that their projects have been completed without cost overruns - the design budget became the completed project cost. No surprises!
We have developed an expertise in "Right Path" management of our home building and remodeling projects. We guide our clients through the maze of building options and select the "right path." A team of artful designers, engineers, our Project Manager and skilled craftsmen is assembled and its collaboration defines the right path to designing and building the project. A "right path" is selected when the decision to build with panels, or traditional stick methods or factory produced modular components. The right path will assure a finished project will be within a client's budget, image of the final project and preferences.
The Company is a Registered Home Improvement Contractor with the Commonwealth of MA Board of Building Regulations and Standards. Its Construction Supervisors are Licensed as such by the Commonwealth of MA.
The Company is fully insured. It continuously maintains in effect General Liability, Non-Owned / Hired Auto and Worker’s Compensation insurances. All sub-contractors are also required to carry the same insurances limits of coverage.
