Site Visit & Property Evaluation

Before any design begins, we visit your property to assess the site conditions. For new homes, that means evaluating the buildability, access, and utilities for your lot, and we’re happy to assess a lot you’re still considering. For additions and remodels, we’ll study your existing structure, zoning requirements, and historical or environmental restrictions to explore how the new work will fit.

Preliminary Planning & Budget Range

Once we understand the site, we frame the scope and share an honest preliminary budget range. A candid look at numbers this early in the process keeps your vision and investment aligned from the start, helping to avoid surprises down the road.

Design Agreement & Team Assembly

A team of designers, engineers, skilled craftsmen, and your project manager is assembled to help you select the right path to designing and building your project. This ensures the finished product is within your budget and meets your design goals.

Custom Design Approach

Custom, individualized design is one of our specialties. We apply this approach to remodels, additions, new contemporary homes, and traditional New England New Old Homes, which capture the charm of classic New England architecture in an efficient, convenient, newly constructed home.
